Job Description
The Recruiter Partner is responsible for recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt positions Company-wide; and building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and other members of the Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter plays a critical in ensuring the Company hires the best possible talent as efficiently as possible.

Principal Responsibilities
• Works with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions and create requisitions for open positions.

• Coordinates full cycle recruiting for open high-volume, non-exempt positions, including identifying viable candidates, phone screening, coordinating interviewing, and managing the selection process.

• Utilizes organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a high requisition load and meet recruiting service level agreements as outlined by leadership.

• Evaluates, interprets, and quickly responds to business needs.

• Complies with all Company policies, procedures and guidelines, including those related to recruiting and selection.

• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality in work.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or HR experience. (Required).

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience recruiting for and supporting a geographically dispersed work force.

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with highly effective interpersonal skills across all levels.

• Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
