Job Description
Under the supervision of the Recruiting Manager, the Customer Resource Center Recruiter is responsible for handling all aspects of the talent acquisition process for the local Customer Resource Center. The Recruiter builds and maintains relationships with universities, community organizations, and other recruiting sources; and ensures Company representation at job fairs, including military recruitment job fairs. The Recruiter employs traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies and utilizes approved venues to develop new, creative recruiting ideas in order to identify and recruit appropriate candidates for all levels and functions. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the Company hires the best possible talent for all positions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

• Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the management team.

• Ability to evaluate, interpret and quickly respond to business needs.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Strong ethics and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.

• Recruiting experience with an organization subject to Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFFCP) compliance requirements for federal contractors and specifically those related to sourcing and recruitment activities.

Principal Responsibilities
• Works with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting plans; conducts regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

• Establishes and continuously develops networks through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, and military affiliations, among other sources, to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the company.

• Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; implements and manages initiatives to develop pools of qualified candidates for high turnover positions in advance of need.

• Utilizes the internet, where appropriate, for recruitment, posts positions to appropriate sources; utilizes social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

• Coordinates full cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with the identification of viable candidates, interviewing, and selection.

• Educates and presents at local universities, schools, recruitment events and job fairs, as well as community group meetings to increase awareness of the Company and excitement around job opportunities.

• Complies with all Company policies, procedures and guidelines, including those related to sourcing, recruiting and selection.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
