Job Description
The Manager, Digital Marketing leads our online marketing presence through email marketing, paid media (search, social, display), and SEO. The Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the execution of planning, development and optimization of all campaigns across the various channels. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, this position is responsible for driving and effectively communicating the value of the brand to customers through online channels and is responsible for building a roadmap related to their areas of responsibility.

Principal Responsibilities
• Creates integrated digital marketing media plans that engage our customers’ across channels.

• Performs day to day management of all SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.

• Provides key insights and optimizes the customer’s experience regarding performance of campaigns.

• Works collaboratively with the organization, including across departments to ensure the online experience and campaigns are accomplishing the Company’s goals including Sales, Product, and Revenue.

• Develops roadmap in collaboration with other departments for digital marketing tactics to execute on the Company’s priorities.

• Liaises with digital agencies and field in support and execution of digital campaigns.

• Partners with the other members of the digital marketing team to optimize performance of campaigns.

• Analyzes, reports and activates on all key performance indicators for all campaigns.

• Assesses, audits and assists in implementing site and program tags to ensure and extend the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of web analytics data.

• Collaborates with and leads agencies and other partners.

• Stays current on digital media trends and identifies opportunities for expansion.

• Performs other job related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of business marketing experience (required).

• Experience in SEM, Email Marketing, and SEO.

• Ability to self-manage, plan, execute, and juggle multiple projects and priorities.

• Self-motivated and willing to contribute to a strong team environment.

• Exceptional detail orientation and comfortable with a fast-paced, high pressure and ambiguous environment.

• Excellent people skills and ability to impact and influence without formal authority.

• Experience with annuity based revenue products and services.

• Ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.

• Ability to think strategically and ask the sometime hard to ask questions.

• Solutions oriented mindset.

• Comfortable operating in “gray” areas and finding innovative ways to execute and overcome structural/operational obstacles.
